Flutters Beauty Studio – Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Flutters Beauty Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. • Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. • Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit. • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full payment in advance for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their treatment shortened or rescheduled. • Full treatment charges may still apply where appointment time has been reserved.
No-Shows
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid. • Future bookings may require full payment upfront.
Treatment Suitability
• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information where requested. • Flutters Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or may compromise the desired results.
Patch Testing
• Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be completed within the recommended timeframe before the appointment. • Failure to attend a required patch test may result in the treatment being cancelled.
Refund Policy
• Due to the nature of beauty treatments, refunds cannot be provided for completed services. • If you have any concerns regarding your treatment, these must be raised within 48 hours so that they can be assessed and, where appropriate, a suitable resolution offered.
Children & Guests
• To maintain a safe, relaxing environment and due to insurance requirements, clients are asked to attend appointments alone unless prior arrangements have been made.
Treatment Results
• Individual results may vary depending on factors such as aftercare, lifestyle, skin type, natural lashes, nail condition, and adherence to aftercare advice. • Flutters Beauty Studio cannot guarantee identical results for every client.
Photography & Social Media
• Photographs of treatments may be taken for insurance, training, and promotional purposes. • Images will only be shared publicly with client consent.
Personal Belongings
• Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending appointments. • Flutters Beauty Studio accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.
Right to Refuse Service
• Flutters Beauty Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour.
